CEDIA will provide each student with a FREE Seminar Participant Guide for download. Printed versions can be purchase from CEDIA after the event for a minimal price.

ESB221 – From Technician to Manager-*Free for CEDIA membersParticipants will learn how to refine their skills in day-to-day activities and apply that knowledge to become an effective manager. This course offers key management techniques and focuses on how to get the best from the people you manage.
ESCR131 – Establishing Effective Partnerships *Free for CEDIA membersThe purpose of this 90-minute course is to educate people at all levels in the industry about creating and maintaining mutually beneficial industry partnerships.
EST306 - Troubleshooting, Repair and Preventive Maintenance *Free for CEDIA membersThe purpose of this 90-minute course is to instruct technicians on the five steps of troubleshooting, and to highlight the most common repeatable and non-repeatable trouble scenarios.
This course will also explain typical solutions to audio and video ground loops, and teach how to calculate necessary ventilation to compensate for amplifier heat load.
